This petition demands an overhaul of legal thought and theory to support the complete abolition of the statute of limitations for child sex abusers, civil and criminal, retroactive to 1960. The court system can open itself to abolishment by allowing our upcoming class action lawsuit to work its way to the Kentucky Supreme Court. We pray that precedent will be set after decades of failing Kentucky children and families.
